What?! An actual journal post from PikaInABag? Better check outside your window for flying pigs!
Although this began as a page full of crochet plushies, I am proud to say that it has since expanded to include knitted creations, and drawings. I know, how original, a crafter with multiple artsy interests. I say this because for the next month, priority will be given to digital art and drawings. With college acceptances coming in, it's important to be prepared for the future, whatever it may hold. Maybe I'll get in, and life will be about drawing. Or maybe I won't get in, and I'll have to try again with a better portfolio next year. Either way, I'm expecting the best, yet preparing for the worst.
My blog is still active, and as of writing this a new post will be available on February 4. Click the link at the end of this post, to visit!
I do still take requests for plushies! If you'd like to see any particular character, object, animal, etc., made into a plushie, drop me a message or comment, and I will get on it ASAP!

Pika... I'm just a Pika in a Bag.
Seriously though, welcome to my page! Here you will find various knit and crochet crafts. You will mostly find amigurumis, or "amis" as I call them, and other plushies. Most of the plushies will be based off video game characters.
Yes, I do take requests! If there's a plushie you'd like to see, just ask. I can also put said craft on my Etsy shop, which could use a bit more content. I currently only sell earrings, and it's not doing so well as a result... If we want to make the world plush again, we've gotta build this up!
I love to write as well. If you'd like to have a peek into my brain, you can follow my blog, Val Crafts. Here, I will provide some behind the scenes and backstories that go with the plushies. Sometimes free patterns and other crafts will appear here! I update the blog every Friday.
